I personally do not suggest anyone to purchase anything from myntra.com. My personal experience was not at all good. I ordered a pair of Fila wristbands. The website was saying a pair of wristbands and when I received the order, there was only one. So, I immediately contacted the customer care and they confirmed the issue and promised to resolve the issue in 3 working days.
Even after 5 days, when no one contacted about the issue, I called up. When I called up, the customer care guy, simply declined about any action. His words "Sir, we can not do anything about this. Its just the typo mistake on website. ". I also have attached the snap shot of the product detail. It clearly mentions about the pair of wristbands.The customer care cut the phone and never got any reply from them.
Absolutely pathetic post sales service. Will never recommend it to anyone.
