I’m here to share my experience with Myntra. Myntra has been introduced before a long time and I was not ready to purchase anything on it because I was afraid of the quality of the product.
Myntra doesn’t have many fans so I hesitated to purchase in Myntra. But as I viewed the products in Myntra I thought the prices were cheap and good so I thought of purchasing.
I ordered a Lakme enrich candid lip coral crayon( shade - 03) and the order number is 1068171-1450192-9350601.
Within 3 days the product was delivered to me. When I opened the parcel to see the product I was disappointed because they didn’t deliver the same product I ordered for.
I ordered Lakme enrich lip crayon shade 03 but I got delivered with Lakme enrich lip crayon shade 02.
The shade was totally different. I ordered a shade which is red but the shade which got delivered was orange.
In the Myntra website, there is no return policy for lipstick.
So I called the customer care to initiate a return. I was waiting for about 20 mins for a connection with the customer care. They were not at all responsive and they said they cannot accept the return because lipstick cannot be returned.
After arguing with them for a long time they finally accepted my return request.
They took 3-4 days to pick up the product and another 6-7 to refund the amount to the bank account.
I was totally not satisfied with Myntra and I didn’t purchase anything else from Myntra.
Let’s now see the specifications.
Customer service:
I experienced the worst customer service in the customer care.
Product quality:
They delivered a wrong product to me so a big NO to product quality.
Delivery timeliness:
They take 3-4 days to deliver a single product which is very annoying.
App and websites:
The user interface of the app and websites is not very good.
Reliability:
As they didn’t satisfy the above specifications they are truly not reliable.
