Placed an order with myntra, due to their logistics issue the order could not be delivered and got cancelled and my money got refunded, spoke to the customer care and was assured that the product would be delivered to my address but again the product went undelivered to their logistics issue, ravaged my anger on the customer care personnel who then transferred my call to the supervisor, as the product was unavailable she asked me to be patient and order it back when available online and she would make sure that the product is delivered, also was assured that if the price increases she would provide me with discount coupon all I had to do was mail them, and hence I mailed them this time bt got a revert asking me to provide the details of the conversation.SO I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE RECORDED THE CONVERSATION, I AM SORRY I DID NOT DO THAT ALL I CAN ASSUME IS THAT YOU ROYALLY FOOL A CUSTOMER.
