Like everyone else, I had the worst experience with Myntra. I purchased an Allen Solly shirt and got some garbage in return. Then I bought a 4000 long dress that arrived damaged due to shipping - the dress was torn exactly in the center of the flare - Ive talked to customer service over 6 times since the morning and am now unable to do anything. The supervisor is busy—we wont be able to acquire an exchange—well look into your complaint—SO poor support—consumers are being duped. A pickup driver arrived to take up the outfit but quickly left, claiming that the dress was damaged and that he would return later. The irony is that the return was raised in the first place because the clothing was damaged.
