I was supposed to get the product on 26th April.
So their courier guy called me around 11:30 am. I have requested him to please come in the evening. Because I was not available at my home and my office is in other area.
He said that can not be done, so I have requested him to come next day.
The very next day morning 11:30 am I have called him for asking what time you are going to deliver my product. So he said I am not working today. But for my Delivery I didn’t get any detail for the company’s side.
Next day again he called me so I told him that I am not at home please try to come in the evening, So he said you tell me your office address, I will come there and deliver it to you.
That day also I didn’t get my product. Meanwhile, I have spoken to customer care also regarding this so many times. They were also not able to help me.
As per their company rule their promise date is today to deliver my product, but I still don’t have any information or update where is my product.
I am regular customer of Myntra, but this time I am really unhappy with there service.
I used to get consignment on time before on same address but this time you really made me run after my product. You really disappointed me.
