Yes according to me myntra, com is pretending to be supreme over all other online shopping website. but I think this is effecting badly to this website, there are lots of bad aspects in myntra.com that will I tell simultaneously.
comparing with the other online shopping website this website doesn’t have the adaptability with society. rather just showing up.i & my friend have ordered quite a good numbers of shirts, jeans from myntra, from my personal experience I am sharing, these problems I faced many times.
according to me the bad aspects are 1) the website only contains fashion products such as garments, ornaments, and other fashion elements, in the age of competition deals with a single area is not sufficient to grow up,
2) the products are very much costly, low cost products are hardly available, in the country of 125 crore citizen of us would not prefer the so costly product and that also from any online shopping website,
3) quality and design and looks are not good for low cost products, at that range other websites are offering quite good quality products which also good looking. though costly products are very good in quality and branded.
4) delivery time of the products are very high, few month ago I ordered a jeans from myntra of 1100 rupees prepaid, delivers after 7 days, may be because of worst couriers such as blue dart,
5) most importantly myntra doesn’t have website, for shopping we always need to go to its apps available at google playstore and ios store. which is so much impractical.
6) unnecessary costs of a product is there, for example a product of may be 1000 rupees costs here 1200 rupees.
this areas should be improved b myntra, products of all range of good quality should be there so that customers are more. thanks of viewing.
