This month, I had done a lot of shopping for myself, and for my family from Myntra.com. Must say the customer care support is good. Very friendly and guide you correctly if you are facing any problem. For any kind of online shopping platform this has to be good.
The best thing what I like is, one can exchange or return the product as many times he/she wants( if that person have any kind of disagreement with the product). I returned several products due to design, quality, size issues.
So, if you are totally new to Myntra.com don’t need to worry. It is very likely that being a customer our expectation would be always regarding quality, color & size related.In case of color, quality it may vary from your expectation.
In case of size, If you are buying other than the brand what you are using, "Find My Size" option can be misleading sometimes. Here, if you try to do an approximation based on " Size & Fit " option.It would help.
Regarding varieties, you will have too many collection. which is apt for women!;)
Last but the not the least, you will get your products on time with good packaging.They also provide nice gift wrap option if you send products as gift.
Therefore, my experience is good with Myntra.com.:)
