Already spent Rs200/- on shipping, however the product could not be delivered at your wrong address. The other courier services are costly and may take another 200 or 300 Rs for sending this to you. Will u refund total shipping cost(Rs 400/-)

I am sorry to know that the return packet was not delivered to us.
I request you to resend the product at the earliest through some reliable couriers.
Further, I would like to inform you that, once the product reaches our warehouse, within 3 business days the refund will be done into your cashback post quality check, along with Rs. 100 as selfship refund.
Once the refund is done into your cashback for returned product then I request you to send us both the courier receipts, so that I can forward the same to our concerned team for review. At the same time we will not be able to assure you about exact amount of refund.
