Last year when I received an e-mail from myntra announcing that they will be shutting down their website and moving on to app, I was highly disappointed and decided to stop shopping from this e commerce company. But since the last three or may be more months, this company has become my favorite.
Pros: They offer excellent discounts on almost all the brands. Countless brands, countless clothing items also other lifestyle things. They have an app for tablets too, which is pleasantly simple. There is no restriction to the quantity of items you can add in your wishlist. As a consumer, I am given the freedom to create collections, and also to either share them with others or keep them private. In the recent past, they have made their app amazing, it is like the ultimate fashion website. Ordering is simple and delivery too is pretty good.
Cons: It is more like just one, I do miss their website.
But I guess even if they had their website running, I would still check the tablet app, as it is very nice. Collection is great, discounts are there regardless of the occasion and customer service too is good.
