I had ordered a Tshirt on myntra on monday 5th Dec 2011. The website said it will be shipped within 24 hours. After 2 days when I didn’t get any info from Myntra about the order , I logged in to Myntra.com and saw that there were no orders in my account and the Money had been refunded as "Myntra credits" . When I called up the customer care, they said that the order has been cancelled and due to non availability of stock, (the tshirt was available when I ordered).
I have asked the customer care to refund the money back to my account as I dont wish to shop in Myntra anymore. he said it will take 5-7 days. which is pathetic. He said as a good will gesture they will give me 2 coupons for 250 rs which I can use if I make a purchase of more than 1000/- rs.
I wont be making any purchase from Myntra anymore. Also , Myntra should take some advise from Flipkart about customer service.
