I ordered Nike shoes worth Rs.5613/- from myntra.com on 5 Dec, 2013. Returned it on 9th Dec, 2013. I haven’t received my refund amount yet.
I tried their customer care and this is how they replied: -
1.One of them said that the **shoes have not been picked up from my home.**.
2.Another one said that the **shoes were used so they will send me back.**.
3.Some said that **you will get your refund in 48 hours.**.
4.One of the **manager said, "I cant do anything. Kindly email to us."*
Its been almost a month and still no reply from their side. They are cheaters and thieves. Worst experience.
I will never recommend this brand to anyone known. I don’t understand why this reputed site is so unprofessional after the delivery of the product.
P.S.- Giving great deals does not entertain the customer but good customer support is also necessary.
