My reviews about Myntra is average as the products delivered does not satisfy the quality test according to me. The shown quality is much different than the product handed over to us. However, talking about delivery timeliness it works well and returning process is much faster. Yaa we can say that it is reliable. And saying about app and website it seems nice and attractive.
But again one of the main thing Quality i.e. product quality is quite low. So I wanted to say to Myntra that you should increase the product quality, other features are best, the only thing is your product quality. So, now it depends upon the reviewers to buy from that site or not.
