Hello everyone, I would want to share this "absolute pathetic experience" that I recently had with Myntra.com.
I placed an order for 8+k, and requested for a swipe machine to be sent out along with their logistics, since I was out of town.
They promised me that they have it and will arrange for it. However the logistics guy came without the swipe machine the other day. I again called Myntra and now they are telling me that they dont have the swipe machine for my center in Mira road. Okay. Fine. They did not bother calling or sending me an email regarding this. They recommended that I cancel the order and re- order by making a pre-payment. I agreed to do so and placed another order for 11k this time. I received the order and of 27 items that I placed an order for, I return 5 items. 2 because they did not had the available size, 1- coz its defective, and 2 because I did not like it. I received a refund for the same and placed another order on 26th of July, 2014. The status since then showed that it was in "Queue". 6 days after the status not being changed, I called up their so called customer service champions and spoke with sujant. He said the reason they did not process it for last so many days is because I have many items being returned to their warehouse. I was like. What! Do u even know what ur talking? He is like yes, and I will process it now. Wow! Are u doing a favor on me by doing so?
If u guys stopped my other orders because I returned 4-5 items, as informed by ur rep. Its RIDICULOUS! Furthermore, u have a 30 days return policy. Why in this world would u stop any other orders, if customer is abiding by your policy as well. I am offended by the statement made by your rep. Hence I cancelled one of the orders, which I was suppose to do COD. Coz I dont want to do any business with myntra from now on. The other order will be processed because thats the refund cash back that I received for the returned items.
Henceforth, myntra is out of my list, for putting the orders on hold forever. u have my money at this time, and no law across the globe says that u can keep someones money and behave as u please. There are many other competitors in the e business however what made myntra different was their flawless return procedure and their customer service which now is a complete crap. Thank u so much for all ur services that perfectly sucks and is offensive.
