Have suffered huge loss -- because of Myntra.

We were regular Myntra customers. Till first time on 18th Feb we ordered a high end product. A watch costing 12000. They claim they put it in a big packet containing 2 jeans and 2 purses. I informed them the same night it has not been delivered. They kept asking me to wait, put me on a 24 hours hold then a 72 hours hold etc etc and now finally a so called senior case manager Mefrithaa informs me - from their end they cant do anything.


For a simple Tshirt delivery I had to give OTP . But a high end watch was sent according to them in a package with other items.


DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM THEM.


THEY DONT CARE IF YOU RECIEVED PRODUCT OR NOT.


THEY EXPECT YOU TO BEAR THE LOSS.


Its our hard earned Money but they dont Care to do anything about it .
