Myntra is an olnline fashion website for people who are fashion conscious. There are a whole lot of brands to choose from. But one thing that puts me off is the delivery charge is too high for purchases below 999. Its a cruel business strategy for urging the customers to purchase more goods. The customer service is okay I would say compared to others like Flipkart. Most of the products are genuine and delivers as promised. Since Myntra and Flipkart share the same logistics, there are no issues with deliveries. The app runs slowly on Windows devices which is a con and sudden price revisals are frequent. Exchange works smoothly, I exchanged 2 items and returned one and it was hassle-free. But one major drawback is that some products from thw accesories sections are marked up higher compared to Amazon, PayTm etc.
Pros:
1) speedy delivery

4) reliable
Cons:
1) windows version of apps need to be faster
2) high delivery charge for orders below 999
3) some products have higher price tag compared to other websites
4) some products’ colour vary from the pictures
