I had placed an Order No. 5671897 on 15th march, and out of the 7 items I received, one had a size issue so I decided to return the item. Today my return request was processed but the amount which I received as cash back and discount coupon was significantly less. Now I have to pay additional Rs. 240 to buy the diff size of the same item.
When contacted, I was told that the return policy is slightly changed changed now. When I expressed my willingness to speak to manager, I was told that a manager would contact me within 1 hour and look into the matter. This is over 5 hours now and I have got no call so far.
