I had placed a return request but no one came to pick up.on calling customer care they raised a complaint and assured resolution within 48 hrs.even after that my problem was not resolved.called the customer card again and to my surprise they cancelled my return request and previous complaints.noe they created a new return request and complain and repeated the same thing that my problem will be resolved within 48 hrs but unfortunate I was travelling. I told them multiple times but there was no help from them
