Hi, today I m sharing my worst experience with myntra.
I have ordered Lakme Eyeconic Deep Black Kajal Size: Onesize| Qty: 1 order no-1082834-7600259-5749803 but they charged double tax in bill.I spoke to customer support team about this but they are also not able to clarify the bill and Ms.Fatima to whom I spoke did not clear the bill and taxes carried. I don’t understand how can you charge double tax on MRP i.e. if a product cost rs.170 including all taxes than what means to charge IGST On MRP. You are selling products to improve ur business and offering discount so that customer will buy product online.product cost=170 mrp- item discount-17-coupon discount s.25.50-loyalty points-15.04, Means cost of the product after all discount is Rs.-112.46, but u have charged IGST 18% and invoiced Rs.135.40,

product cost=275 mrp- item discount-28-coupon discount rs.40.76, loyalty points-24.33, Means cost of the product after all discount is Rs.-181.91, but u have charged IGST 18% and invoiced Rs.219.03
