I’m long time customer of Myntra. I trusted them completely. But recently I just woke up!! I ordered a sofa set cover which had fitting issue so I asked for return. Some Myntra agent came and picked up the product but I didn’t get any refund. I raised complaint many times but nothing happened. They just kept denying the product has picked up when I shared every single details with customer service person. Hello Myntra, stop cheating your customers,
provide them good service or else very soon you will loose your business. You forgot trust matters more than money.
