So after 1 week I got anemail of delivered item and also saw on app it was showing delivered but the thing is , I had not even recieve any call from delivery excutive and also the product.
So, how can they just say its
delivered on : 04/2019 and
I didnt just react because i had trust on Myntra for their good services, so I just did enquire about the issues talking with myntra,
They said me to wait for 42hours and then they will give the information in detail.
So again I trusted them and I was still patience trusting them and what they did is sended me an email saying I item was delivered.
What’s that ?
Is that the response they give to customers no details, nothing at all.
I called on myntra every week still the response was we will look for it and at the end when my patience forwaiting was being a reason for myntra to suppress me , while speaking on call I was sharing all the issues the myntra executive just cut the call.
So, this is what I got trusting myntra, no respect of customers and the money they spent.
I am a student and 1000 plays a important role in my student life.
This is unfair and disrespect.
