I have ordered a earphone from myntra but when I received it I found one of them was not working. I mean it was a damaged product. so I have raised the refund. When one of the member of flipkart arrived to received product he denied to collect it and said it was not the product we delivered. He accused me that I have changed the product. After a lot of arguments he collected the product.
Such a very bad experience and service. Not satisfied
