I’ve been a customer of Myntra for several years, but I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received recently. I ordered a pair of shoes from them on June 1st, and they were supposed to be delivered by June 8th. However, the shoes didn’t arrive until June 15th, and when they did, they were the wrong size. I tried to return the shoes, but the customer service process was a nightmare. I had to wait on hold for over an hour to speak to a representative, and then they told me that I would have to pay for return shipping. I’m not happy with the way Myntra has handled this situation, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
