I had ordered a product on 22nd May 2012 and it was ready for delivery on 23rd May 2012. But I wanted to order something else, so I asked to Myntra Logistics person not to deliver instead return it to Myntra.com warehouse on the same day.
I sent an email and also called them on phone and informed about this return on the same day. Till today(31st May 2012) the product was not returned to their warehouse and they have not credited back my money. They keep saying that the product has not reached their warehouse.
I am wondering why does it take so many days to return a product within Bangalore. If I had to travel from my place to its warehouse it should have taken only an hour or maximum 2 hours. I had sent several mails, sent mails to their escalation teams, spoke to their useless representatives and to an illiterate Manager, no one was of any help.
