The heavy discounts from these online shopping websites have attracted me more than often and have tempted to shop regularly from them.
Usually I have purchased electronic gadgets from them and the experience so far has been satisfactory. And then Myntra.com came along.
All my apparel purchases have been met with disappointment. The fittings have been issue, but then they used to take change request easily.
But the pathetic quality comes to light only after few use and you cant do anything about it other than feeling sorry about yourself.
I had purchased a pair of Roadster( myntra’s in-house brand) jeans and a t-shirt. The t-shirt was ill fitting and I returned, the return that I received has was torn. I again asked for replacement, though they took it back but gave me refund in account. I am now stuck with a refund amount with them because I will have to make another purchase that too of value of more than rs.1500 to get a free delivery.
The pair of jeans after using it for like 4-5 times during a duration of 2 months, simply disintegrated as if it was 5-6 years old. You can bang your head nothing more.
My advice:
NEVER BUY CLOTHES FROM ONLINE STORES.
