My brother ordered 2 bottles of Estee Lauder’s pleasures perfume. 1 bottle seemed ok, the second one was almost half empty and without the bottle cap. Need I say more. The customer service in addition, seems to be extremely lousy.
Let alone ordering from them, will take this to the consumer court.
