I purchased a pair of Woodland shoes. Myntra promised to provide genuine product. But the product sent to me was defected and on complaint Myntra shamelessly argued saying that the product is of the best quality.
My Woodland shoes got torn in 3 months.
On complaint they told me the following procedure-
1)Send the shoes to Myntra by courier.
2)The pair of shoes will be send for quality check.
3) If quality engineer declares it to be defected money will be refund in terms of Myntra points.
The worst part is that according to Myntra customer care this whole process takes more than a month. What an idiotic talk. They do not seem to value customer’s money.
Highly advisable- Shop at Myntra at your own risk.
Jabong and Snapdeal are far better.
