I had ordered a sweatshirt from Myntra. I selected size XL and got a S size delivered. Now.
1 - the guy who delivered did not take the product back there and there citing company policy and I shall apply for a return order.
2 - I had to pay him in spite of the fact that the correct product was not delivered to me.
3 - now it has been a month since I requested a bank transfer of my money since I do not want to utilize the amount for further purchase from Myntra.
4 - the amount of Rs. 3389/- has still not been transferred to my account.
5 - Myntra never takes up the issue and ONLY responds after my repeated reminders.
6 - They say they have processed the request for transfer on the 13th of Dec but it still is not reflecting in my account.
7 - they ask me to send them the bank statement from the 13th Dec till date which I do promptly only to not get any response from them(why would they want the bank statement? Dont they believe in the customer grievance?)
This is the worst online shopping experience I have got. Flipkart has been much better if I may point out!
