I had placed an order on Myntra.com expecting 24 hr shipping as promised on the website. The delivery did not happen even after 13 days. Sent an email to the customer service team which does not take care to reply to any mails. Wrote a second mail and got no reply even when it is escalated to the highest point.
Therefore, had to cancel the order and now I am waiting for my refund. Hope that the refund process does not become an ordeal in itself.
Guys at Myntra, please don’t promise when you cant deliver. That is the worst case scenario for any marketer.
