I had placed an order for jeans which costed me around ₹800 with tax. So once I placed the order for my jeans I got a deadline date of delivery of 4 days and I was cool with it. But the deadline past no news about my order I was worried I called up the call centre they were actually pretty good and prompt with the response but sadly they themselves never knew where my ordee was as it wasnt updated on their computer too. So after a week of order placement I got the jeans. But then when I opened the packet it was defective piece and also was not of the desired colour I was really unhappy with that. Also I wouldn’t get a replacement as it was out of stock and also wouldnt get the coupon to be redeemed again in the end I took a refund as I had no other option. It was an utterly bad experience. It was my first and last time I ordered from myntra.
