Non-delivery of T-shirts

I had paid online for a couple of T-shirts at the website, myntra.com , during the last week of April 2010 .


The delivery was promised within 2 working days. But even after 2 months , the delivery is still pending!


When contacted, the staff keep replying with unconvincing answers, that they are out of stock , perennially, whereas their online stock status reads different.


Furthermore, I’m being persuaded to settle for something different, and the alternatives aren’t very appealing either. For all the hype about myntra, their service is pathetic and their response is all the more appalling!!!


My friends too (who had ordered along with me) are reporting similar experiences!
