Bad experience

Hi people, recently I had purchased some clothing products from myntra.com whose im a regular customer. I was about to receive two products in a single shipment & when that shipment got delivered to me then after opening it I found only one product so I complained about the missing product to myntra customer care. After investigating the matter they wrote back to me that the missing product complaint has been declined by them and they will not be able to give me the refund for the same. After this they even suspended my myntra account from their app. Which is really insulting. I have some pending money with them which is a cashback amount of 140/- & a self shipment charge of 60/-( for the product which I returned back to them & I shipped it self)


Now they are telling me that they can only process the remaining cashback amount and not the shipment amount. Which does not make any sense. After several email discussions also they are giving me the same reason. N not ready to give me the above mentioned amounts.


I want to know how can I make them apologise to me and even give me my remaining amount back to me?
