Myntra has cheated me by sending a different product. When I requested for an exchange and placed order for the new product, It came to my door steps but not delivered by the delivery boy. He didn’t even pick the wrong product. Surprisingly, they initiated sone internal investigation and put my delivery on hold as if this was my fault. On calling customer care , I was told that we have raised a query with courier partner and I have to wait until approval comes. They made a mistake or may be it was deliberately done. But I am the one who is waiting for my product to be delivered. Myntra is highly u professional and their customer service Delivery is pathetic.
