I have ordered a Jack n Jones white shoe from myntra but after recieving the product I didnt like the fit so I have created a return request for that but when courier person came to my place he has refused to pik up my white shoe as he stated that for white product you have to take approval from customer care. I asked him why so.?
he replied me that pik up center use to find out fault in white product and after that they use to argue with us that why u have piked it up from customer, I replied to him that you can see that there is no issue with these shoe but still you want me to take approval from customer care then I will do it. After that I have called CC and they told me to send some pic of the shoe and after that I have send it to them to but no delivery man come to my place after 15 days of taking approval.
Today when I have called them they have said that they have cancelled my return request.
It was so dissapointing service from myntra.
