On 19th August, 2014, at the time of purchasing through Myntra.com I have observed that the payable amount after confirmation of purchase shown Rs. 2700/- higher than just before confirmation. I have immediately reported the matter to stop delivery but only free items they have cancelled and rest of the items send for delivery. Myntra supports told me the coupon is not applied at the time of confirmation.
But after that they have deactivated my coupon till date, the coupon will expire on 27th August, 2014. I have repeatedly tell them to allow me to apply my coupon in next purchase, but they are neglecting me and do not give any solutions of this matter. I think for any types of fault or problem of Myntra website customer never be responsible and customer should get all types of benefits as per T&C. But they do not do such.
