Bought a saree from myntra but the product was as per not my requirement so ask for a refund.
So their representative came to my door for pickup of the product and I gave him saree with tag in normal plastic bag in which I got that saree from them.
Then I askd him to pack the product in front of me that tine he denied and said they pack all products together in their warehouse I said okay.
After 10 days I called myntra to check about my refund process that time they told me that tag is missing so the product is used. I told them hell times that I gavd it to your person he missed it I didnt but they were not in mood to listen may be they dont want to give refund.So Big no for myntra.
