It has been around 4 years since I am buying products from myntra. I keep on buying stuffs from myntra every now and then. The reason I trust this site to death is simply because till now it has played fair with me. Moreover it has become one of those sites where the products are top-notch, delivers a user friendly app, refunds are made 4 to 5 hours just after the item is picked up etc. When I go through so many negative reviews and comments about Myntra, I tend to disagree with them totally. Upon observation I personally have found one thing. People who belong to metropolitian posh areas seem to get an extremely diligent service from Myntra. But people from smaller towns and cities often end up posting negative feedback. I am sure there may be other reasons and this may not be a reason AT ALL. This is just my ’observation’ as I have seen my friends and relatives saying this and comparing to others.
