I have used Myntra in past and they have been very fast to deliver the products and their return, shipping is super fast. Delivery guy was friendly too so no complaint there. Yesterday, I wanted to buy some winter clothes and I tried to login on to their website just to find that they have been bought by flipkart and now they only sell via mobile app. What a disappointment!
My mobile is filled with apps and there isn’t anymore memory so I can’t buy anything via Myntra app, I was forced to use Jabong because I hate using cellphone to buy things.
I understand Flipkart is trying to save money and mobile app is easier to run than website but that’s just inconvenient way to do business and lot of consumers prefer using website over app.
Pros: Fast shipping, friendly delivery guys, fast return
Cons: You can only buy via android app, website asks you to download app, inconvenient.
