Disgusting Service/Pathetic SUPPORT AND SERVICE

NEW CONCERN:    Pathetic SUPPORT AND SERVICE. I don’t know WHAT HappENED to you after FLIPKART ACQUIRED YOU. FLIPKART SERVICE Is getting better and you guys are getting WORST. No STOCK/PATHETIC Service.


The issue is that because of your PATHETIC SUPPORT, I AMNOT GETTING MY REFUND INSPITE OF THE PROduct being picked up 10 days back. Customer care has no clue about the delay.


The BOX was tore by rats. As a guinene customer, I have changed the box and sent. Also your team accepted the same. I don’t know where is the delay now.

Disgusting Delivery service - Delivery boys also have attitude issues. They comes downstairs but can’t come upstairs. Also they took the parcel back. They can come upstairs and there is lift also. Pathetic service. Wont use Myntra now.

Please explain your people that we have other work also. You can leave parcel at the reception as everyone does like Jabong/Flipkart etc.
