Hi friends I am Afsal. Today I would like to share my experience with myntra.com. for the last few years I buy lots of items through online mainly through Amazon and flipkart. In the month Augest I ordered a Jack and Jones shirt on myntra.
They informed me that the delivery will be delivered to me within 26 Augest, but I received the package on 02 September. I didn’t care it because it may happen. But the worst think is I order the shirt in XL size and I received Medium size. I called the customer care immediately and asked what to do, they said me to resend the package. I did it but after that I didn’t get any response from the myntra service I called them for 2 working days and they said me to re order. But I am not interested because it will also take 10 to 15 days so I asked them for refund but they said it can be done.
So with no other solution I re ordered the Jack and Jones shirt. This time I received the package after 16 days. The quality of the package is so poor compared to other shopping sites. The shirt is not properly packed. Overall totally a bad delivery and package.
It was my first and last order at myntra. I don’t suggest myntra guyz. Go with Jubbong or any better shopping sites.
