I had purchased a t-shirt through Myntra online.the item was shipped through DTDC courier but not delivered for many days.after calling the courier office continuously for few days, they finally sent it for the delivery. So, it took 2 weeks for the courier guy to reach me.when I was about to collect it, he told me that I was supposed to pay the amount for the item which I had already paid thru online.
Dont know where the miscommunication happened.
