India’s Largest online fashion store! Probably good for only window shopping, and it has expanded SO well that they deliver your shipment by 1 month.YES ONE MONTH! Support team/Quality guys/customer service ppl if you are reading this here comes the feedback for you to work on.


Order number 11785924


Gets placed on 19th April and the shipment is not yet delivered until 14th May, if this doesn’t excite you here comes more.


The problem mentioned by your support executive is your system is not updated by my new number! AGREED! But it comes as a surprise to me because Order number 11785924 happens to be an exchange order, for delivering the primary order your delivery boy was able to contact me on my new number which I had diligently mentioned while placing the primary order


Flaws in your process:-




  1. When my original order was updated with my new number, I expect my exchange order to have the same details (FYI.Exchange order was placed on phone).




  2. When I learnt this I called up your support team to fix this, I get a assurance of delivery in 2 working days:- your guys don’t walk the talk!




  3. Including this, its the 6th time I am complaining for this. so if you really care about your customers this should have been fixed by now.




  4. No proper communication within your sub processes, I guess till now delivery boy is not aware of my new number.






Please fix this ASAP, I need service recovery for this.
