Well, bought some things from Myntra.com. They arrived quickly; so far, so good. One pair of jeans that cost 1999 rupees and a pair of flip-flops had to be returned because the size wasn’t good. They were both sent in the same package, via speed post, but Myntra only refunded the flip-flops. I contacted them. But they said that the slip for the refund was missing.
I remember filling it and putting it in the package, but even if there was some kind of problem, it seems crazy to not refund a product because of some bureaucratic glitch. After all, forms notwithstanding, the jeans were sent out and received by them.
So in the end they kept the jeans and ripped -- actually, stolen -- me off of the 1999 rupees AND kept the jeans.
Nice way to do business!!!
