Worst customer service and return policy by myntra

I had purchase a shoe from myntra.com, I got it with in 4 days of my online order (Order No: 2731915). But after I found some problem with the shoe material and I want to return that. When I call the customer care, they told me that they will return my shoe but they dont have any pickp service from pune, they have only in Bangalore and Delhi.


So in that case I have to send the consignment through any courier service and they will give only 100 myntra credit to my account. But when I check with the courier service they charge me around 300 rupees. So I call the customer care once again and they told me that in any case they will just return only 100 credit points to my account. And after having a long discussion with their manager finally they agreed to refund the courier charge but in terms of myntra credit points. that means I have to purchase something with those points.


I strongly disagree to this, why should I be refunded the courier charge in terms of myntra credit points???   This is a complete cheating by these guys.. they have a very poor customer service. Since in india the online purchase dont have any standard policies these people taking advantage of this.
