There’s a lot of people saying how bad Myntra is, and it’s making me feel lucky that i didn’t experienced any of what they experienced.
Their products, return - exchange - customer service, all experience was good.
1st tip: go with trusted reviewed products if it’s your first time Or have trust issues.
2nd tip: Myntra is bad at hiring delivery guys. They are rude and ignorant. So immediately call customer care when you receive wrong product or any problem with delivery agent.
I’ll share my one awareness experience:
When i tried to replace or return product, and they update with a notification that the delivery agent will come to pick up today. And i was waiting for it and then i got msg like your delivery person is at doorstep. And next i got notification that denied my return or replace because of quality check. But the twist is, no delivery agent even came to my doorstep but it got cancelled just like that. I immediately called customer service.
These happened two-three times.
And thankfully, they did listened and helped, so end of the day I’m Happy. be aware of such scam, because I feel, it’s the deliver boy who does this so that he don’t have to come to the place. Other wise as customer service have helped and i got my return and replace, I’m happy with it
