I purchased few items from myntra order ID:17211506, and even though I paid via via Credit Card, the courier company demanded me money for the invoice amount, saying that its COD. I rejected the courier and asked myntra to resolve the same, but after waiting for a week also nothing happened. I called them many times, but every time, I was told to wait.
Finally when I demanded a complaint ID to return my money back, the customer support representative named Aishya, told she won’t take any complaint for refund and call after 7-10 days.
This is the kind of service, I have still not received any refund for my order. Worst customer care, stay away from Myntra.
