Worst shopping experience

One of the most disgusting sites .My order number is - 1034896-5520293-9698201. I have ordered a pair of shoes last week for gift purpose and I opted for card on delivery. Then the delivery guy calls me just one time saying that the card machine is not working and asked me to have 1500 bucks cash ready. I said I don’t have cash at home and I am a mother of a toddler. So going out immediately for cash is not an option. He just hangs up the call without saying anything else. Then I get an e-mail from Myntra stating that they tried to reach me multiple times which is not true. I call the customer care and they say that it’s a mistake from their end and they will raise a complaint. Then I had to re-order the product again and I opted for card on delivery. This time the Myntra customer care lady Miss Sana is saying that they don’t have card option for third party seller ( the tracking still shows card on delivery. So not possible for the customer to know ) and she can’t do anything about it as it is a third party seller. So unprofessional of them to say that they can’t do anything. Really ? Now when the country is going cashless, you people are still relying on cash. Even if it’s a third party seller , you people are accountable for it as we are buying from your site, not from a third party seller. Now I am getting a sms everyday saying that the product will be delivered but no calls , nothing . God knows if I will get the gift on time. #Myntraonlycash #cashlessIndia


PS - I didn’t order it during the sale. If this is the condition before sale , God save them who ordered during the sale.
