I ordered a Manish Arora Kurta as a gift. Mentioning this, as I want you to contrast this below standard experience to an experience from a designer store. I have not received the product yet but have decided never to order from Myntra again.
I received an SMS that I will receive my order on the 23rd Dec. I plan accordingly. In a couple of hours, a delivery person(very rude) calls and asked me my address at 3 PM. I told him that Ill be back home only after 6 PM. Until now I was still happy that they have under-promised on the delivery time and I will receive my order earlier. I stay home waiting for the guy until 8 on a Friday night, he neither comes nor picks his phone.
The next day(Saturday), he calls me(he claims he is near my home) at 7:40 AM! He does not turn up until 9 and when called, says he will come in another hour. I wondered why he had to wake a customer up on a non working day at 7:50! When asked, he says it a holiday for him and he is still working.
He calls back and asks If am’Srini Gupta’(THAT"S NOT ME!) At this point, I do not want my order and want Myntra to go to hell!
