Pathetic customer service anf a big loophole in exchange process at myntra. I have made request for exchange and the whole process is so painful that I will never buy anything from myntra anymore. It’s been 20days and my exchange order is still pending in process, rude courier boy is hanging out with my exchange product but he can’t deliver, because he doesn’t have approval from myntra, I have been asked to reach out to customer care for approval and it has been conveyed that approval is already done. None of customer care supervisor is completent to sort the matter. This is sheer harassment to customers like me. A sham ’No question’ return /exchange policy at myntra.Flipkart and Amazon are much better e-commerce platform than myntra. I will recommend please do not trust their return /exchange policy, they will take your cash and block your money in wallet, they take your exchange request but will put you in pain throughout their process.
