I opted for next day delivery for the t-shirt and wallet that I bought on myntra.com for my brothers birthday as gift and shelled out extra money for that. I paid for gift-wrapping as well. The next day I received message that my shipment is out for delivery and it will be done on that day; which did not happen.
I called up the customer service center and got to hear some lame excuses when asked for the reason for their failure to meet the promised service agreement. Then I asked for cancellation on the order and refund. The woman(customer service rep.) initially said that she can’t take the request for cancellation since it is out for delivery. Then she pretended that she tried to dial the delivery guy for cancellation and within a second said that she is unable to that and I have to first receive the package and then ask for return.
I was so much disgusted for having put in such a humiliating situation that I would need to ask my brother to return the gift after being made fail(because of the pathetic myntra) to get him that on his birthday. I accepted the order since I did not want to ruin his happiness of receiving the gift.
Well I’m not interested in asking for refund of next day delivery charge that I paid for no good. Just I don’t want hear or see this Myntra name ever after.
Funny when I provided my feedback and rating(one star) on their feedback link and hit the submit button, I got the message that this feedback link has expired! It was just couple of hours since the delivery of the package! WTH!
Im using this platform just because now Ive no other way to report this cheating.
Ive been a customer of myntra since 2011 and there was one more bad experience(not comparable to this one) which was sorted out by returning and getting the timely refund.
Recently several of my colleagues(regular myntra customers) have stopped using it due to their respective bad experiences, which I thought would not happen to me.
I have to say that they have lost one more customer now due to their nauseating attitude towards customers and they would continue to do so with this.
P.S. I wish there was an option to provide half of quarter star rating here, just because they finally delivered the products.
