I’ve been shopping at Myntra for a long time now, and have placed several orders. Most have been delivered to me in 3 business days, and I’m pretty happy with their service. These have been prepaid orders(NOT CoD). The products have mostly been of decent quality(some pieces were clearly returned, as they were crumpled and placed inside out. Even got a pair of Ray Bans with the corner scratched once), but nothing so big that it would stop me from going back again.
What did give me a headache though, was their recent change in interface - from a cleaner, simplistic view, they’ve switched a more cluttered one(perhaps in order to overwhelm customers so they feel Myntra stocks a large variety? Who knows.) What customers need now is a how to guide to navigate this maze. Several friends who used it in the past have been complaining about this, and I’ve seen them switching to other options(Jabong, ShoppersStop and the like).
Nonetheless, if they had something I REALLY wanted, I may go back. Provided I find it on their website without getting frustrated and leaving halfway through.
